Diapers 4 Dignity

DiapersForDignity.Logo.2.png

Anyone who is 60 years or older, living in New Haven County, and experiencing a combination of incontinence and financial challenges may enroll in D4D.

Specific products are not always available. However, your Interfaith Volunteers make every effort to match the needs of registered clients with the available inventory.

New and wrapped incontinence products may be donated to IVCG for inventory replenishment.

Program Logistics

Registration to become a senior beneficiary of the IVCG-Diapers 4 Dignity program follows the same process as those registering for the IVCG-Transportation Plus program.

After registration is completed, products may be requested once per month. Those requests are fulfilled as long as the inventory is available.

The majority of packed product bags are distributed in conjunction with IVCG's Food Force delivery. However, for those who are able, a pick-up option is available. Thanks to a partnership with East Street Arts in New Haven (a program of Marrakech, Inc.), ambulatory seniors in the D4D program have the convenience of collecting their incontinence products by visiting the East Street Arts location during their open hours (and after the package has been provided to IVCG's on-site tote).
